Iris Ceramica Group left an indelible mark at Cersaie 2024 with an exhibition proposal that brimmed with creativity and innovation. Conceived as a symphony in which technology and art harmoniously intertwined, the exhibition captivated attendees from the first moment. Inspired by the Art-Deco style, the stand was presented as an elegant foyer leading to various thematic rooms, baptized as "Stage Boxes". Each of these spaces was dedicated to a technological innovation, representing different advances in the field of ceramics, and elevating their practical function towards the aesthetic and sensorial experience.
The tour of the "Stage Boxes" was a multi-sensory experience in itself. The DYS Stage stood out for its relief printing technology, capable of creating three-dimensional textures evoking nature, with graphics of tropical leaves in green and gold tones that brought the ceramic surfaces to life. In the Moonlight Stage, backlit ceramic surfaces became luminous planets, creating a cosmic and immersive atmosphere that challenged the conventions of traditional ceramic design. The Hypertouch Stage offered a glimpse into the future with the integration of home automation in ceramics, where surfaces interacted tactilely with visitors. Finally, the Attract Stage fascinated with a magnetic wall that hid inspiring messages behind the ceramic pieces, revealing them in a playful and surprising way.
The ceramic collections presented at Cersaie 2024 by each of the group's brands were a clear example of how design can transcend functionality to become art. Among them, Tribute 100 stood out for its dynamic surfaces, which interact with light and feature four unique colours in three design variations, each with its own character. Bottega d'Arte introduces new models characterised by their focus on craftsmanship and exclusivity, as seen in the Dedica collection. Elementae takes natural textures and artisanal finishes to a new level, reflecting a refined aesthetic and attention to detail that made them stand out at the event. Thékē Pietre and Victorian Stone fused tradition and technology, with designs inspired by natural stones and a touch of industrial chic.
Cersaie 2024 undoubtedly became a stage where ceramic innovation reached new levels. Iris Ceramica Group managed to transform ceramics into a vehicle for artistic expression, exploring new technological and sensorial frontiers.
