Wellcome Living Stone! by Adriana Nicolau

Adriana Nicolau belongs to that pleiad of excellent decorators, architects and interior designers who return to Casa Decor after appearing in previous editions. Sophistication is the rubric that marks its entire trajectory.

"Living Stone" is the space designed for CUPA STONE in this edition. The object of intervention is divided into several environments-receptionist, living and kitchen-and seeks to be lived and discovered by those who let themselves be carried away by their adventurous spirit. The stone is decontextualized and incorporated as a link and as everyday material in all spaces. The large-format ceramic table, from the SapienStone brand, is located on the bar and on the lining of a piece of furniture, both in the kitchen. The technological wood, from the Rovere Corda collection by Ariostea and supplied by Matimex, is used on the floor as an integrating element of the kitchen and living room.

Once the 53rd edition of Casa Decor has been inaugurated, we are once again enjoying your project. Accompanying Adriana, more than 75 professionals are responsible for designing innovative proposals and discover the latest trends in decoration. This year the building, of 3,200 m2, is located in the neighborhood of Chamberí and is a clear representative of Madrid's eclectic architecture of the early twentieth century.
