The prize, awarded by MATIMEX building. It is a building that follows rules of sustainable architecture combining at the same time design and technology: geographic orientation to the north, gardens with Mediterranean native vegetation, ventilated facade with Geos system, 'rooflights' in the inner rooms for the use of natural light, rational use of resources, use of motion sensor switches for turning on the lights of low consumption, electronic management to reduce paper consumption and waste segregation using separate containers in the same company.
