Dr. Romano Minozzi visits the new facilities of Matimex.

After more than two decades since his last trip to Spain, Dr. Romano Minozzi, "Il Re della Ceramica" President and founder of Gruppo Iris, visited facilities Matimex to congratulate his team for the good path followed by the company, especially in these times of difficulty so pervasive.Graduate in Economics and Commerce by the University of Bologna, his career, since the foundation of Iris Ceramica in 1961, has been a constant commitment and dedication to the industry. His was the famous phrase "economy = ecology" that still maintains, which combines perfectly with the attention to the environment, with research and "made in Italy"In a ceremony held at Matimex Room Training, Dr. Minozzi delivered personally Juan Luis Grafulla, Managing Director of Matimex, a Diploma and a Gold Medal for his efforts and his successful leadership.Starting from the idea that "the success of the Company do not come by chance or by a personal work," Mr. Grafulla asked to be extended the thanks and recognition to the entire staff of the Company and by honoring in public and delivering a diploma and a medal to the key people from each Department.The event concluded with a walk through a renovated showroom which opens up new dimensions in sustainable architecture.
